Extension Manager: Manual Install Update

Improved the look & feel of the "Manual install" tab of the Extension manager.

Print style and document date updates

More fixes to the print style, and the document change date is now hidden when it is not set (e.g. for new pages)

Improvements to print styles. In particular, the two-columns style is now optional, but much improved.

Also a minor fix for PHP 8.0 compatibility.
