Update mPDF to latest 8.0 stable

There's some known issues with PHP 8, like exporting PDF files with SVG gradients, that was already fixed on newer mPDF versions from 8.0 branch.

Update mpdf dependency to version 8

Added support for PHP 7.3 and 7.4

Add the actual mpdf files instead of just a submodule
