Workaround for issues introduced by new redirect in act_dispatch

The new redirection in act_dispatch gets triggered and terminates the
script before the form processing for reply or edit can take place, as
this has to be done upon time of rendition in order to place the input
form at the right place. I have yet to come up with a better idea on how
to handle this issue, the workaround so far just is to use GET instead
of post as this doesn't trigger the redirect. Suggestions for a better
approach welcome.
