Re-order config
the auto detection and redirect features can be side-by-side to their
respective original settings for the translation namespace and start
page redirection.

When sub-namespaces are translated and use (they have to) the language
as namespace, this can be detected and supersedes the default namespace
configurati

When sub-namespaces are translated and use (they have to) the language
as namespace, this can be detected and supersedes the default namespace
configuration.
Redirect Localized makes shure that you are bound to your language as
long as you travel to pages that support this language.
