usermanagerextended Plugin for DokuWiki

User management for managers, not only admins!

Gives access to the user manager module to managers, as defined in main configuration,
but with restricted privileges.

If you install this plugin manually, make sure it is installed in
lib/plugins/usermanagerextended/ - if the folder is called different it
will not work!
