* Added a driver for PHPDBG (requires PHP 7)

* Annotating a method with `@deprecated` now has the same effect as annotating it with `@codeCoverageIgnore`

### Removed

* The dedicated driver for HHVM, `PHP_CodeCoverage_Driver_HHVM` has been removed
