Some updates to the scrollbar styling, in particular for dark mode.

Accessibility + "Last Change" date changes

More changes to accessibility defaults - in particular: link, etc. colours are by default AAA compliant.

Additional changes to the "Last changed" item under each article: it si now hidden if there is no date, and it shows a relative date on screen (the full date in print).

Print style and document date updates

More fixes to the print style, and the document change date is now hidden when it is not set (e.g. for new pages)

Print styles updates

Improvements to print styles. In particular, the two-columns style is now optional, but much improved.

Also a minor fix for PHP 8.0 compatibility.

Search popup fix

Minor last-minute fix for the search pop-out.

Search results improvement

Improvement for over-long search result titles and/or narrow screens (see issue #28).
Also updated sites suitable for cross-site tooltip previews.

Accessibility improvements (2)

Additional accessibility improvements for the TOC (menu title is now a button)

Accessibility Fixes

Some minor accessibility improvements, mostly to make sure the default colours come with enough contrast, even in certain edge-case situations (e.g. links in table headers)

Updates to <pre> layout

Hopefully, this will address issue #25.

Hyphenation updates

More detailled specifications for hyphenations on small screens. Not really supported by common browsers :-(

Section Highlight Update

Improvement (issue #27) the section highlight (used to show which section an edit button refers to) now uses the focus colour, rather than a hard-coded colour value.

Darkmode fix

Fix for some elements appearing in dark mode style, even though dark mode is disabled - fix for issue #26.

Editor Dark Mode improvements

Some improvements to dark mode, in particular in relation to the editor.

Editor CSS improvements

Some CSS improvements for the page editor, especially for smaller screens

Fixes a bug from issue #22. Still needs more testing, though.
