obfuscate plain text
When the CAPTCHA code is in plain text in the HTML code (js, text,
math), random whitespace characters are introduced inbetween. This
should make it a little bit harder to parse

randomize fieldnames, add honeypot
the input names for the captcha are now changing depending on the
current page and useragent.
a CSS hidden field was added that should *not* be filled.
