This continues the quest to make more use of SVG in the DokuWiki
iconography. Interwiki links are now preferred in SVG, the existing
icons have been replaces by SVGs. This also adjusts the default icons
for external, mail and UNC links.

Icons come from https://materialdesignicons.com/ and
https://github.com/edent/SuperTinyIcons

I kept the old default icons because they might be used by plugins and
templates. They might be deleted later

The DokuWiki interwiki icon huge in filesize compared to all others and
doesn't look good. Would be good to have a simplified version there.

but different to the background the text is on.
What you would want is the same colour the text is on, which is white.

cells. That leads to sometimes extremely small images with
max-width:100%, especially for images that already have a small
intrinsic size.

Setting the max-width to 50vw, i.e. half the view-port, is chosen as a
trade-off between:
* letting small images keep their full size in most view-ports
* keeping large images still pretty large on large view-ports
* prevent scrolling in most circumstances (scrolling a table is really
bad user experience, this is the goal of the browser)

1. "type" attribute defaults to "application/javascript", so there is no need to specify that. The recent value "text/javascript" is obsolete in favor of the default "application/javascript", as stated e.g. here: https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml#text

2. "charset" attribute of the <script> tag defaults to encoding be the same as the encoding of the script element's node document. As DokuWiki's default encoding is "utf-8", there is no need to specify this encoding in external resources. See: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/scripting.html#the-script-element

I added a current height check before applying min-height, because there might be a min-height CSS on .page in stylesheet, and I want to respect that and only apply if necessery.
