In this view you can see the permissions for each group and the users of each 
group.

If you hover your mouse cursor over a user name you can see his login name.

Users that have individual permissions are highlighted.

If you click on a user name you can see the individual permissios for the user, 
derived from the ACL for the groups the user is a an the individual permissions 
given to the user with the ACL.
